"State schools in England still need to do far more to identify and meet the needs of pupils from ethnic minorities, according to a report from the schools inspectorate, Ofsted.
Some schools are 'institutionally racist', says Oftsed's Director of Inspections, Jim Rose - to the annoyance of teachers' unions.

Ofsted undertook the study because of the continuing high rate of exclusions and lower-than-average attainment among children from some ethnic groups
The new report says not much has changed: schools could be doing much more to target improvements in standards amongst ethnic minority pupils and should put greater effort into monitoring their results.

I ALWAY KNOW THE EDUCATION SYSTEM WAS CORRUP JUST NO1 WANTED TO LISTEN, WELL I DON'T THIK ANY1 CARED ENOUFF.

WHEN I HEAR PEOPLE ASK Y DO ETHNICS FAIL? THE REPLY I HEAR IS BCOZ THEIR DUMB,BCOZ THEIR STUPID, AND ONLY WANT TO DOSS ABOUT. AND THAT GETS ME SOoOoOo WOUND UP BCOZ I KNOW FROM MY OWN EXPRIENCE THAT TEACHERS DON'T REALY HELP THE ETHNICS BCOZ THE JUS ASUME THAT THEIR GONA FAIL.

AN EXAMPLE IS THAT IM DYSLEXIC RIGHT, AND I WAS IN THE TOP SET 4 LIKE EVERYTHING BUT MY ENGLISH WAS REALLY BAD, MY ENGLISH TEACHER ASUMED IT WAS BCOZ IM AN ETHIC, BUT I KNOW ENGLISH BETTER THAN ANY OTHER LANGUSE AND IT WAS SOoOoOoOOo LAME THAT MY ENGLISH TEACHER DIDN'T EVEN HELP ME WITH MY COURSE WORK LIKE SHE DID WITH OTHER PUPILS.IM SURE IF SHE HELPED ME WITH MY COURES WORK LIKE SHE DID WITH EVERY1 ELSE MABY I WOULD HAVE DONE BETTER.I FOUND IT WEIRD THAT WHEN I RETOK ENGLISH A YR L8ER I WAS GETTIG B AND A ON MA CVOURSEWORK AND WEN I DID I IN SCHOOL WAS GETING E AND D. WHAT AN INPROVMENT.DONT U THINK BUT THAT NOT THE POINT HERE.
